Samantha's wish is coming true :) Her top two teeth have started to make their decent...So now she will have her two front, bottom teeth and her top two. She's growing up so quickly! She was bothered by it initially, but not much now. This past weekend Mimi and Poppy (Ruthie and Randy) came down to see us from Illinois. They drove a long way to come see us and we are so GLAD! We had a good time, and it was great for Samantha to see them again. We had an early Christmas and gift opening...She received some cool gifts...she loves to listen to the music that plays from each of them. We need to take some video of her moving to the music...she likes to move back and forth on her hiney when she hears music. As soon as the music stops, she stops. Oh, it's so cute!
Tonight, we are anxiously awaiting the first snow fall of 2009, and Samantha's first snow ever. It may only be an inch, but it's enough for us! I'll take some photos to share! It's amazing how quickly weather can change. We picked up Sam from daycare, went out to Chipolte (weather was fine), and by the time we left there, snow was sticking to the ground! I'm a paranoid Mom and don't want to be out with the crazy drivers, so we came right home. Samantha made it to bed by her 6:30pm bedtime :)
Tomorrow will hopefully be full of shopping for gifts, ladies time (yay, ladies lunch!!), and family time without Phil having to study. I'm in heaven :)
